This is a long term investment to create a monthly income, but with a "get out clause" built in! Once this package opens, the aim is to raise the purchase amount in 4 weeks or less. We then purchase the website and start developing it. The monthly income is used to meet the cost of maintaining/developing the website and to pay the owners a monthly income. Any owner can, after an initial ownership period, decide to sell their share of the site and get the initial investment back. The minimum time for this is stated below. If a member wishes to continue owning the website there is no "end date" set. WBwso reserves the exclusive right to decide if the site should ever be sold. The income from a potential sale of the website in the future would be distributed amongst the owners less any costs incurred in connection with the sale. The website would not be sold if the sale price was lower then the purchase price, unless a vote to do so by a majority of the owners of the website was carried in favour of doing so. Since the website will be developed over time, income will likely also rise and this will be reflected in the owner's monthly income. The rise in income from the site will be calculated on no less than the last 6 months and WBwso has the right to reserve profits for normal period downfall in income (as an example, some sites earn more in the summer time then they do in winter time, income from the summer then needs to be saved to cover shortfalls in the winter) so that an even amount can be paid to the owners over the year. If a member wishes to sell their part of the website in part or in full they can do so after the minimum ownership term is fulfilled. WBwso will then guarantee to sell the owners part in the website in less then 30 days. Income from the website is paid out to the owners monthly, and payouts can be withdrawn instantly via any preferred e-currency payment processor. Questions we think you might have Why is this package paying less then other packages you have? Because this is a one website package, we can not flip it for a profit and reinvest the funds in other websites, we have less space to sell on it and we mainly depend on Adsense and other major advertising networks for income and they pay us monthly.
